At Hostel Cafe Huvila you can enjoy a warm and idyllic atmosphere and of course our popular café delicacies.
We prepare both sweet and savoury dishes in our own kitchen from pure, domestic ingredients. We offer sweet pastries and cakes, buns, stuffed breads and savoury pies, among other things.
At lunchtime, the café serves a varied lunch (including gluten-free and vegan dishes).
Products can also be ordered for private functions or picked up as takeaway.
Opening hours of the café
The café is closed on Mondays, but we also open our doors on Mondays by prior arrangement for training sessions or coffee breaks for larger groups.
Otherwise we are open Tue – Sat 10am – 4pm.
A cosy café in Oulu in a historic setting
Our café operates in connection with our hostel in a villa built in 1856. This historic and valuable building has recently been lovingly renovated for our guests.
You will find our café on the second floor of the villa. Our café seats about 45 people.

Delicious brunch
Every other Sunday of the month, we have brunch with seatings at 11 AM and 1:15 PM. You can reserve a spot in advance by email (info@hostelhuvila.com), by calling, or by sending a text message to 050 355 3667.
Our upcoming brunch dates are: May 26, 2024, June 2, 2024, June 16, 2024, July 7, 2024, and July 21, 2024. The summer evening table is set on Saturdays, July 13th and July 27th at 5 PM and 7:30 PM.
